All Terms, Conditions, Policies and Agreements will remain in effect until terminated by either Just Lightning or you as outlined in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Termination. In the event of any material breach of any terms, conditions, policies and/or agreements by either party, the other party may terminate service with Just Lightening, by giving ten (10) days prior notice thereof (in writing by fax, mail or email); provided, however, that any terms conditions, policies and/or agreements shall not terminate at the end of said ten (10) days notice period if the party in breach has cured the breach of which it has been notified prior to the expiration of said ten (10) days.

Either Client or Just Lightning may terminate service at any time for any or no reason upon ten (10) days' written notice to the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Just Lightening may immediately block your site or immediately terminate your access to and use of the Just Lightning Service and software; if at Just Lightning's sole discretion, it deems any information contained in your site to violate Just Lightning's Terms or to be otherwise objectionable or offensive or to violate the law, in accordance with any of the policies found upon this site. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any terms, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Just Lightning in operating the Just Lightning Service, any change in the content of the Just Lightning Service, or any change in the amount or type of fees charged in connection with the Just Lightning Service, is to terminate all agreements by delivering notice to Just Lightning, effective the day Just Lightning receives notification of termination or any future date specified which is acceptable to Just Lightning. Just Lightning may terminate immediately any Client who misuses or fails to abide by any of the terms, policies, conditions and/or agreements. Just Lightning may terminate without notice your access to and use of the Just Lightning Service and Software upon any breach of any of Just Lightning's terms, policies, conditions and agreements. If Just Lightning denies you access to the Just Lightning Services, you shall have no right (1) to obtain any credit(s) otherwise due to you, and such any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information on the Internet through Just Lightning, and Just Lightning shall have no responsibility to notify such third-party providers nor shall Just Lightning have any responsibility for any damages that result from the lack of such notification.

Notices. Any notices or communication under the Cancellation Policy or any other policies, conditions and/or agreements shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered to the party receiving such communication at the address specified below (1) on the delivery date if delivered personally to the party, or a representative of the party; (2) one business day after deposit with a commercial overnight carrier, with written verification of receipt; (3) five business days after the mailing date, whether or not received, if sent by US mail, return receipt requested; (4) on the delivery date if transmitted by confirmed facsimile.
